Sea bass with garlic and roasted tomato sauce

ΥΛΙΚΑ

• 500-600g sea ​​bass

• 300g tomato, sliced into rings

• 1 clove of garlic

• Fresh oregano

• Olive oil

• Salt

• Pepper

Method

Clean the sea bass and pour salt and pepper on the outside and inside of the fish.

Season the tomato rings with salt and pepper and grill them until light in color. Then blend the tomatoes, garlic and fresh oregano and coat the sea bass all over with this mixture.

In a preheated oven, grill each side of the sea bass at 230°C for 8΄.

Serve with chopped tomato salad.
