Steamed clams

Ingredients

    • • 500g whole belly clams
    • • 70g fresh tomato, diced
    • • 60g fennel
    • • 30g leek
    • • 3 cloves of garlic
    • • 2 spring onions
    • • Dill
    • • Juice of 1 lemon
    • • Salt
    • • Pepper

Method

Place olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the chopped onions, leek and garlic. Then put the clams, fennel, dill and the diced fresh tomato and cook for 3΄.

Finally, deglaze with lemon juice.
