Grandma's hylopites (traditional Greek pasta) with dried myzithra cheese and walnuts

Ingredients

    • • 500g hylopites pasta
    • • 200g dried myzithra cheese, grated
    • • 100g fresh raw cow butter
    • • 2 cloves of garlic
    • • 100g walnuts
    • • Parsley chopped
    • • 20g olive oil

Methods

Blend the garlic, walnuts, olive oil and 50g of myzithra cheese. Boil the hylopites pasta in a pot for about 8΄, drain it, then melt the butter in a frying pan and add the hylopites pasta and the blended mixture of walnuts, garlic, olive oil and myzithra cheese, season with salt and pepper and stir.

At the end, add chopped parsley and serve with freshly grated dried myzithra cheese.
